Dinner August 10th

What a rare privilege .... listening in on the conversation between Shane Yeend and Yasser Shahin, CEO of the Peregrine Group about what it takes.

As a friend of Yasser's said to me, "I have known him for 15 years and never heard him speak in public before."

This is the sort of thing only possible when you focus on Trust and Excellence, as Tom Hajdu reminded us.

Thanks to Randal Tomich, the perfect host who also supplied the perfect wines matched to the meals.

And thanks to Sandy Verschoor - Lord Mayor of Adelaide, who provides personal support for all we do.

And to the Rob Roy Hotel for making it happen...it felt like being back home.

Thanks to all the doers and opportunists who joined us... t's always about the people you meet and the conversations that develop at our events...and they were still happening when I left well after 11 pm.

And special thanks to Sally Lydia Pæch, who told us what this group meant to her in a from the heart 10 minutes.
