My Daily Regime

My daily regime is a comprehensive blend of physical activity, dietary mindfulness, supplement intake,
and mental well-being practices, all tailored to my journey with stage 4 prostate cancer based on
extensive research, experimentation and listening to my body.

Daily Regime Overview

 

Physical Activity
- **Morning Routine**: Begin the day with a walk of at least 5,000 steps.
- **Cycling**: Engage in at least 30 minutes of cycling, either on an exercise or road bike.
- **Rebounding**: Utilize the mini trampoline for 20-30 minutes for low-impact exercise.
- **Sun Exposure**: Soak in early morning sunshine for 30 minutes to benefit from natural Vitamin D.

 

Supplements
- **Fortnightly IV**: Receive a 60g IV of Vitamin C, along with other vitamins and minerals, every two
weeks.
- **Daily Intake**: Include ( Liposomal Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron) Vitamin E, Berberine, and a highly
bioavailable Curcumin.
- **Mushroom Extracts**: Utilize Turkey Tail and Lion's Mane mushroom extracts.
- **CBD Oil**: Incorporate CBD oil with a trace of THC.

Nutrition and Diet
- **Fasting**: Fast daily from 6 PM to midday.
- **Hydration**: Drink a minimum of three liters of water with added bicarbonate soda.
- **Diet Focus**: Emphasize an alkaline diet, rich in leafy greens, and predominantly vegetarian. Include
measured amounts of meat, fish, and chicken. Avoid processed foods and sugar.

Off-Label Drugs
- **Research-Based Approach**: Use Ivermectin and Fenbendazole, aligned with research findings on
their efficacy in cancer treatment.

 

Prescription Medication
- **Oncologist-Approved Drugs**: Take a limited amount of pharmaceutical drugs to control PSA and
testosterone levels, including an implant every three months.

Mental and Emotional Health
- **Daily Research and Mindfulness**: Dedicate about an hour each day to research, mindfulness, and
meditation.

 

Guiding Philosophy
This regime is not a prescription but a personal narrative of living with cancer. I want to emphasize the
importance of individual research, consultation with integrative medicine specialists, and personalizing
one's approach to health. While this regime reflects my journey, it should serve as an inspiration, not a
direct template, for others facing similar challenges.
